We are halfway in this thing and I can say one thing!I def feel like I have more energy during the day! Weight down 4lbs (236 to 232) BF% down 0.2% (25.9 to 25.7) It hasn't been hard giving up sugar; it's been hard finding sh*t that doesn't have sugar in it😫 I'm with Nick!! Thanksgiving bout to be LIT‼️ It's most def a "turn the rules off" day!!😆
